North Texas Scale Crawler OTC #3. We went out with the whole family and had a good time. ScalerFab was one of the key sponsors for this event. I brought out my 6x6 to show off the bumper clearance and show how all ScalerFab products are designed for maximum performance. We set up our shade tent and table and participated in the show and shine event with our Kyosho blizzards before the run. Both are custom built vintage blizzards that are featured in build threads on RCCrawler and Scale Builders Guild. The run had some challenging obstacles and a great hill climb that can kill a rig if it tumbles down the wrong way…Ask my wife as she sustained some slight damage to her light bar and roof rack. The heat got to the kids about half way through and we had to finish up and get cooled off. We will be back there for more practice soon.
